Our Work

With more than 35 years of experience across many settings, my goal is to help you to achieve a more satisfying and fulfilling life.  I work with adults experiencing most kinds of distress and transition, and see people of all races, status, orientations, and relationships in both shorter and longer term explorations.  We will focus on finding your solutions to current problems, examining early influences when necessary to assist in ongoing development.  My style is to be conversational and facilitating.

My Experience

I have been in the practice of psychotherapy for more than 35 years, and have experience in a broad range of settings and with a broad range of issues. I regularly work with those experiencing distress personally, at work or in their relationship. I also have experience in psychiatric emergency and inpatient settings, senior clinical administrative positions in public mental health, mental heath managed care, employee assistance programs, and other private and public agencies, as well as in organizational consultation.

Fees

Call for details about my fees. My services are covered by many health insurers and employee assistance programs that have established their own contracted fees and co-pays. Clients are responsible for the fee for missed appointments unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance, and for charges which a third party payer will not reimburse.
